It really is that simple. I used to exercise like crazy and ended up gaining weight. But last year after meeting with a nutritionist and reviewing my history, he put me on a vegan diet for two months and I lost over 15 pounds. And the weight has stayed off even though my diet is more varied now. It has been part a lifestyle change and I feel fantastic. Try it.
