Remember to Breathe

Waiting for news, good or bad, can deliver anxiety for most. Particularly regarding test results. It’s the unknown.

Need to put things in perspective. Distract yourself with something you find absorbing and pleasant in the meantime.

One of my favorite things to do is watch the sunset whenever possible. Here’s a view from our dock this summer.

My wise husband even has to remind me sometimes. Remember to breathe. And everything will be okay.
