What Food Should You Really Be Eating?

There’s so much information bombarding us every day about diets and what you should eat. A lot of it is conflicting and that tends to make people tune out.

I try to keep it simple: focus on Real Food and avoid processed foods.  My personal preference is organic everything with as much non-GMO as possible. Having dealt with cancer myself, I understand that food choices affects your health and the right food can help you heal.

Bad habits and confusing messaging constantly create stress around food.  The good news is that there is an overwhelming body of medical evidence to support an ideal diet and we actually do know what we should be eating. This is according to Dr. David Katz. He’s one of many top experts in the Food Revolution Summit which starts on April 30th and ends May 8th.

John and Ocean Robbins bring together some of the best thinkers in the world to help us take back control of our health with good food decisions.  These are important conversations about food that we need to be having.  Other speakers include Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Daniel Amen, Dr. Christiane Northrup, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Dr. Dean Ornish, and even Senator Cory Booker this year. Senator Booker will be discussing “Sane Food Policy.”
