Everything Will be Okay

Many of us worry about things we have no control over.

To calm our fears, we ask and receive advice from others such as: Everything is going to be okay. I promise. Don’t freak out. I wouldn’t lie to you. Trust me. I’m just trying to help.

Breathe.

We did A LOT of exploring and walking during a recent visit to Portland, Oregon. (It was awesome by the way.) There was a lot of graffiti in one area over the Burnside bridge. And this worn-out sticker stood out to me…it immediately caught my eye. It made me pause, smile and think. Yes. Everything is okay.
